You can go to any office
Since 9 February 2018, by order of the SRC chairman, any division serves any taxpayer, wherever they are registered. Choose by convenience. The SRC head office on Khorenatsi St is not a service division. In practice, changes to registration data are sometimes sent back to the division where the taxpayer was first registered.

The SRC does not publish the divisions' opening hours: directories list Mon–Fri 9:00–18:00, with a 13:00–14:00 break at some divisions.
