Application for a tax cabinet administrator

To get into the tax cabinet without an electronic signature, you visit a tax office and hand in this application. The administrator login and password then arrive by email.

Fill in the fields and the form fills itself. Print it, or come empty-handed: the office hands out its own copy with the same text.

The tax service does not publish this form. The text is copied from an application filed in 2026 (photo on ponaehali.am) and matches a 2020 template and an application accepted at office N 3 in July 2026.

An Armenian number, if you have one, for example +374 55 123456.

Who becomes the administrator

Usually yours. In July 2026 a name written in Russian, with patronymic, was accepted.

The line names an Armenian ID card. Without one, write your passport series and number, as the accepted 2026 application did.

The administrator login and password arrive here. You will have to confirm it within 10 days.

Signature

Your name and surname, Latin or Cyrillic letters are fine.

The day you hand it in. You can leave it blank and write it by hand.

You sign by hand on the printed form.

What you type stays in your browser: the page sends and stores nothing.

What to bring

  • Your passport and its translation.
  • The sheet with your public services number.
  • Your sole proprietor registration certificate.
  • A power of attorney is needed when someone else is registered, an accountant for example. In July 2026 none was asked for one's own business.

What comes next

  • The login and password arrive from system-file-online@taxservice.am. The login is often your TIN, but it may be the TIN with its last digit one higher.
  • After the first login, confirm your email through the link in the letter within 10 days, or the account is locked.
  • The administrator cannot file returns: create a user for yourself with the CoSign signing method, or «ID card» for Mobile ID.
